An unexpected development. (Thundershock)

Thundershock stated with a light chuckle as Kyoko sad back, seeming amused by the fact that Thunder himself was cutting right to the chase. Thunder remained perched against the table as he listened to her speak about immortality. He had to admit that he did NOT see that coming, not even with a group name like Eternity. The corner of his lip just twitch slightly into a smirk before fading again, forcing it down as he remained silent, listening and learning of what she was talking about while drawing his own conclusions.

He honestly was not the smartest man when it came to technology. He honestly didn't understand most of it even when it was explained to him, but he didn't resent it. Instead he respected those that did understand it, though mostly so that they would develop more for him while feeling justified and validated in their work. Kyoko... would be no different.

"I do have a few scientists of my own working right here in the underground city~ I'm sure you could work with them to figure out your little trick to immortality~ Sounds quite promising, to be able to live through generations and... guide... the world over time. I like it. However..."
He paused as he sat up straight once more. She didn't seem to like the idea of remaining loyal to him, though seemed to expect some sort of partnership. Honestly she just planned on becoming a business partner when they could be so much more then that?

"If I cannot expect your loyalty at least, Kyoko, then I'm afraid the partnership will barely last beyond this generation~ Surely I can at least trust that you'll remain loyal to me."
He attempted to press. however, that smirk that he had been trying to hide only became that much more apparent as the woman was visibly flustered by his forward words. It took her just a moment however to compose herself before retaliating in a way that caused Thundershock to huff.

"Is that so. Unfortunate, but I'm sure if you were open to the idea I could make it work. With quirks now a days, nothings impossible to fix~"
