Things started out peacefully, or at least without major trouble. The auctions were drawing to a close, and the big finale had just started. Despite the ominous dark clouds overhead, it seemed that everything was going well, and that there was no cause for concern.
But then, all hell broke loose.
"Stop right there!" Many police officers were rushing into the scene. Operation Sea Priest had begun. It was time to bust this auction and put a stop to it. Meanwhile, the thugs and criminals were on high alert, frantically trying to either escape with their illegal goods, drop their valuables to flee the scene without risking capture, or fight back against the police. One such criminal had his hands on a modified rifle, though without any of the ammunition to go with it, he had to improvise by using his quirk to create bullets made of meat. "To hell with y'all! I spent a fortune to get this baby, and no way I'm gonna give it up!" Fights were breaking out everywhere throughout the area. Cops were chasing criminals, thugs retaliating with equal vigor, and a few lunatics were taking advantage of the chaos to attack anyone and everyone. A few crazier individuals even had the gall to try to steal some of the stolen goods dropped by others.
The area was rather simple in layout. There were stacked crates everywhere, making most of the area maze-like. It was rather cramped, making quick movement difficult. Still, the area proved to be ideal to hide around in to either ambush someone or take cover. The heavy crates here were balanced on top of each other just fine. However, all it would take is a few blasts to tip a crate or two over, making it a very dangerous possibility to be trapped or even crushed to death if one was too reckless with throwing attacks around.
There were also several large cranes to the west, center, and northeast, meant to lift the heavy crates. Most of them were empty at the moment. However, one of the crazy individuals noticed the crane closest to him and had an insane idea: to try to get inside to operate one of the cranes. Would such a thing even work? Well the cops would not allow the man to even try, but with how occupied they were at the moment, perhaps the thug would get the chance to try if he was careful enough and nobody stopped him....
There were also a few warehouses to the north and east. All three of them had plenty of goodies stored and the less brave criminals trying to hide out in them. Though with the police coming in to search every nook and cranny of the area, these warehouses would not prove to be a haven for long.
And finally, the exit was to the south. Though this was where the police were moving in from, so if one wanted to escape, they would need to somehow get past the officers patrolling the area.
Each side had their goals. For the criminals, it was to either hang on to their goods and escape from the grip of the police, fight back, or both. For the law, it was to quell the chaos, stop and apprehend every single one of these troublemakers, and secure the stolen goods. There were many obstacles for both sides. Mainly each other. However, the fights and reckless quirk usage throughout the area spelled the recipe for trouble. With all the tech, machinery, and stacked crates lying around, especially in such a cramped area, there was bound to be a possible disaster or several just waiting to happen.
Speaking of disaster, there were several poor civilians now trapped amidst the chaos. They were the workers at the docks, late to flee the scene before the shit hit the fan. The four men were all hiding behind a crate as a trio of thugs were smashing things with their weapons, not caring about who got in the way. "Man, I do not get paid enough for this." Two officers noticed the civilians and were trying their best to drive the armed thugs away.
However, one of the thugs had a quirk that made taking him down very difficult. He had what appeared to be ice armor covering his entire body. It was surprisingly tough, allowing him to weather the assault of the attacking officers. He could also shoot icy projectiles. As one of the officers found out the hard way, this projectile could freeze things in place. Having struck the man's foot, the cop began to struggle to free himself, all while his partner did his best to fend off the other thugs. It was clear that they needed some help.
Things were escalating quickly. The area was soon becoming a war zone of sorts. Police were scouring the area, determined to find and stop any criminal they saw. Criminals were mostly interested in fleeing (with or without their stolen goods), but those who chose to fight back were putting up quite the fight, determined to drive the cops away until the very end.
Would the chaos be quelled and all criminals be brought to justice? Or would a few villains manage to slip away? Only time would tell.
Yo! So here we are at the finale! Posting order is as follows: Heroes will post first, then villains, then me, then rinse and repeat. The goal will be to get this thread rolling for about six rounds. Heroes will arrive with the police, coming in from the south. Villains can be anywhere. With that being said, it is up to you to decide what you want to do, and who you want to protect/fight (whether it be NPCs or yourselves). I'll throw in some obstacles for you to overcome, but for the most part, your biggest obstacles will be each other.
And with that, it's now time for some rules. Please read these! The rules here are simple:
- Once everyone has made a post, then after my next post, you will have 48 hours to make your post. If you fail to post in your allotted time and fail to notify me, you will be skipped, and you will have until my next post to rejoin. Failure to post before then means... well it won't be pretty.... *insert ominous noises here* Though you can request a 24 hour time extension if you feel like you won't be able to post in time, please do so sparingly. I cannot give you extended time more than once or twice.
- At the end of every post after this one, you must add a tl;dr at the end of every single one of your posts. This applies to everyone, myself included. Though I will be reading every post thoroughly (and advise you all to do the same), you all still need to add the tl;dr at the end. It makes things a lot easier.
- This thread is Death Enabled/Jail Enabled. Keep this in mind! This is why you don't want to fail to post before I do! If your character does get skipped, then whatever action/misfortune is aimed at them will automatically happen, no ifs, ands or buts. Though if you avoid doing anything too reckless, you should be fine. I'm not actively out to kill anyone contrary to popular belief, so don't worry too much.
- If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to let me know! I am here to help and work with you.
- And most importantly, have fun!

The day has come and Operation Sea Priest had begun. Junko along with the police forces came from the south and when everyone from the side of good arrived to the scene, it was clear everyone was going to have their hands full as villains just wanted to escape with the weaponous contraband. Such as the one target Junko spotted that had a gun. The blue hero could not stand idly, thus she gave chase to the man.
But then the man started shooting, Junko narrowly managed to dodge the shots as she hid behind a huge container crate. Thank goodness she had cover. She found one of ''ammunition'' used by the criminal on the ground. When she got the chance she picked it up and inspected it. It seemed as if this was.... meat?! So this was a Quirk that was being used. Even if it just meat and not a real bullet, it was dangerous nontheless. Junko could not take an armed man head on, thus she had to use strategy and sneak up on him from behind, luckily there were many creates that not only offered cover, but hiding spots as well. As soon as she had a chance, she went for it. Her strategy being, to sneak up behind the man with a gun that shoots meat bullets.
Junko had faith that the police force and the other Pro Heroes would do their duty, but this devilishly dastardly villain was her target. She had to disarm him before he harms someone
TLDR -Junko and Police enter the scene -So much chaos -Junko spots the villain with the gun -Gives chase after him -Avoids getting shot by hiding behind a container -Strategizes -Starts sneaking around the gun firing villain to disarm him

It was time.
Freya was both pumped and anxious about this operations. Up until this point she has dealt with small ops that was a bust and the sort. Nothing too major aside from a few small time crooks who had some amount of power. But this was a completely different beast than she was used to dealing with. The areas of interest were many and she had many choices but then came the issue of who was going to be there. As much as she wants to jump in and take on the strongest, it will get her killed and she has to think about this carefully. But in the end she chose the loading docks as it keeps her in familiar territory while being new. Plus the area provided some aid to her and the sea breeze helps her from overheating from her quirk. The area is also outside and the containers serve as good vantage points for her. However she doesn't know the enemy for shit and from what she heard from the villain line up, she hopes to run into the one who was said bombed a police station. Its against some codes to hold a vendetta against suspects but when one is told and how it affected many families, YOU BET YOUR ASS SHE IS GONNA BE PISSED.
Freya arrived on the scene in full gear she usually uses when she is leading ops with the Hounds. A riot shield, tear gas, a baton, a handgun, and a radio to make sure she keeps in touch with the others. The gun came with the set but she ain't a good shot. The moment she arrived, all hell is breaking loose and fights were breaking out everywhere. The southside was in an uproar as one could already hear shots being fired off. She immediately went to work by knocking out a one or two criminals and leaving them to the officers. A few of the bastards took aim but she had her shield on her and her ass was covered by some officers who were familiar with her. She gave a nonverbal thanks and went after the ones who when into the forest of crates.
Since there was a lot of commotion, she found the chance to hide among the crates so she can check who else was available on the line. She knows there are least some big shots in this bitch and she is going to need all the help she can get. Can’t afford to spread out too thin and best scout ahead to see which villains are here.
“This is Hell hound. All available units take caution when entering the area. Any pro heroes who can help rendezvous with me as soon as possible.Over.”, Freya radio’d in as she hid among the containers.
--------------------- TLDR: -Freya enters in with her unit -Anarchy Reigns -Freya takes lead and takes down two criminals and leaves them to the officers. -Was about to get shot at but was covered by her unit. -Goes into the container yard and hides to think of a plan. -Radios to all units about the situation and cautions them. ---------------------- Quirk: E -Speed-E -Flight/Agility-E -Fire/Strength-E Afterburner:F Durability:F

It was a wonderful time to be alive. A wonderful time to witness an uproar of this magnitude. While it wasn't such a big mess that got the entire world moving around like scrambled eggs on a Saturday morning, but people today sure is keeping their legs busy. The auction got busted by the symbols of justice, clad in blue or whatever color the police force preferred. Authorities played a game of cops and robbers, once they decided to storm the brigade which is the auction that many criminals had attended. Wanting to get their hands on illegal goods of the like, only for them to get their plans thwarted by the ones they preach about justice. It was a sight that people should witness, and possibly the only sight you'll be able to see in a long time. There were many people sprouting about, and separated from the rest of the bunch. The police force tried to fend off as many fiends as they could, some went down without much of a hassle--others were a difficult choir.
Athenia didn't arrive at the heat of the moment just yet, she scouted her surroundings on one of the higher vantage points that weren't the containers in the container yard, but where the auction building was. She noticed that a group of officers stormed the southern side of the container yard. Athenia had her hand up to her forehead, scanning the field from the north and the south. She spotted some thug terrorizing the police with his meat gun, and ice guy using his powers to cause terror. She saw some of them take cover, and found it a good opportunity to jump into the fray. Athenia hastily jumps from her vantage point, landing somewhat perfectly on the solid ground. She stumbled a bit, but managed to get a hold of herself. She began to make use of her quirk, by taking in the concrete substances from the ground beneath her. Her skin took in those substances from the ground, and started to produce a pair of chains that were about 5 feet in length.
She then searched for the man operating the crane and head over to that direction. She used her chains as a whip to grab onto the metal part of the crane, that was used to carry containers, once she had gotten a head start. Using the momentum in order to successfully get a good hold of the hook of the crane. She used that crane in order to swing herself around, and hop on top of one of the containers in which the officers were hiding behind. When she got herself on top of the containers, her chains dragged across them. Those who were close by could hear them, and got a good look of the villain standing before them. Athenia looked down upon her pray as they were bunched together, like a school of fish ready to be eaten.

Otome❖Kurokami ❝It's not always what it seems❞
It was certainly chaotic. It was the kind of situation that Otome wasn't a fan of because there were far too many unpredictable and out of control things. As someone who always wanted to be on top of everything, this was as far from an ideal situation as she could think of. And so if she could help it, she wanted nothing to do with it. She never asked for the invite anyway. If anything she had a right to demand compensation that the event turned out like this. But who could she rely on? She did not have any friends here. She came for the supposed networking opportunity but the couple of people she did meet, she didn't have a single clue where they were. In hindsight that was a blunder. What use was networking if she didn't have a readily available means to get in touch. It was around then that she spotted the civilian workers trying to hide out from the obvious villain thugs and had a thought. If she couldn't find her acquaintances then she might as well make new ones. She approached them cautiously, panting a bit as though she was catching her breath as they noticed her, probably surprised that a school girl was even in that area. In truth she was hardly tired but she thought it would make them more accommodating if she feigned a little weakness. "Oh thank goodness I finally found some normal people. There were a lot of scary folks around and I didn't know what to do."She took out a small thermos from her bag and took a sip of tea, breathing a sigh of relief. "It helps calm my nerves. What's going on here anyway? All I was told was that there was going to be a party on a ship, but then this happens."Dock workers usually heard about things going on in their line of work. Her priority now was getting more information. tl;dr Assumed civilian mode Approached the civilian workers to try and get more info about the situation Stats: Quirk (Strength/Durability/Regeneration) E, Range F, Mobility F

Ace was studying for the upcoming exam that she had to take, reading the book she had in her hands. She was laying near the south side on top of one of the tall freights that she managed to crawl up onto using other freights as a stepping stool up. It was more peaceful up there, with little interaction with others, a prime spot to study for the test that she would have to take not too far into the future. However, it seemed that the rumors that the cops and heroes would be coming were not just bullshit and her study session was interrupted. She put her book to the side, making sure not to bring the expensive book with her in case it got damaged; it would be obnoxious to eat a bunch of ramen for a month just to afford a new one!
She took a look, not getting off the top of the freight and making sure not to make to much noise so they would not be aware of her location, taking a glance at who had arrived. It seemed to be at least one hero, the blue woman, and a large army of cops. Though, there was one that looked particularly odd that she thought might as well be a hero. The woman had very odd hair which seemed to clash quite readily with the dress code of a normal cop. For now, she would consider her a cop, however, she was going to keep a close eye of her quirk usage. The moment she used her quirk? she was just another useless hero.
"I do not get heroes, stupid popstar shit. They fix and save only a few and think they save everyone", she said in disgust and shrugged. She did not like heroes and did not seem that as important. However, one thing she was interested in was the cops. The people that should be saving the common people, that should be doing diligent work, however failed society in her mind. Them being there is the only reason she saw for her to be there, she hated cops and has a record of viciously attacking them whenever she can. Her most recent job was a gas bombing of a small local police station where she permanently disabled all of the workers there, she presumed all anyway.
Her hands moved to her side and she grasped tightly onto her bat and then slide her other hand into her pants taking out a circular metal object; one she had quite a few of (8). A grenade, which hosted her gas, that she used in order to get the gas in the immediate range allowing for more stealthier attacks. "Let's start this baseball game with a pitch", she muttered and then tossed a single grenade seemingly towards the middle of the group; not wanting to send to many of them at once in order to make them feel less threaten and react less then if she started with a barrage of the eight grenades. The grenade she threw was loaded with her lethal Caustic gas (E rank) that would eat any exposed flesh or biomaterial available to it not including liquids.
She went back to laying down, going to stay quiet for now and just listen and observe from her vantage point. She doubted that the first grenade she threw would end the fight here and there, so it would be best if she allowed her high-ground advantage and stealth advantage to be as high as possible into she could not keep it anymore.
Quirk: E Caustic gas: E Nauseous gas: F Baseball combat: F
TLDR: Ace laying on freight on the south side, stopped studying for her exam as they came Determines that Junko is a hero, due to Freya's hairstyle assumes she might be a hero but unsure due to her getup. Throws one of her eight gas grenades into the center of the raid group in hopes to distraught and separate them. Goes back to laying down, waiting to see how they react.

"Say hello to my little friend!" The thug with the rifle kept on firing meat bullet after meat bullet. He was determined to both keep his new toy and clear a path for himself in order to get out of this place in one piece. The officers were having a hard time dealing with this one. Even if his bullets were made of meat, they were still very dangerous. One of the bullets managed to pierce an officer's body armor, embedding itself inside the man's abdomen. "Aargh!" Fortunately for him, the bullet did not go in too deep, so it was far from lethal. Despite that, it did nothing to subdue the sharp pain.
As the other officers dragged their injured partner behind cover, they were all thinking the same thing. How to get at this asshole without taking another meat bullet? But fortunately for them, Junko was on the move, giving chase to the thug. Taking advantage of the cover that the crates provided, she was able to avoid his shots. As she maneuvered around the crates and got closer to the thug, she could hear the man's arrogance. "Ha! What's the matter, scared? Well you should be! Now you idiots had better get out of my way!" More gunshots. "You'll never take me alive, motherfu-"
*click*
The man began to panic. "SHIT!" He had run out of ammunition and needed to reload. But just as he was about to turn around to run to cover, he was face to face with the blue pro-hero. Seeing her come from seemingly out of nowhere, the man was startled. And that moment of hesitation would be all Junko needed to successfully disarm the thug and take him down. And with that done, the other officers could come out of hiding, restrain the criminal, and make sure that the thug could no longer harm anyone. It was curtains for this fool.
"Thank you so much, Blue Agate!" The injured officer smiled as he struggled to stay standing. "We'll take this meathead in. You should go on ahead. See if there's anyone else who needs assistance." The officer wasn't worried. It wasn't like there was anyone else here to worry about at the moment, right?
...right?
---
Blue Agate was of course not the only pro-hero on the scene. With the arrival of Hellhound, some of the criminals began to get nervous about their chances of being able to escape. Of course, they were going to try anyway. Not that their attempts would prove to be anything more than a minor inconvenience. Two of the criminals were easily taken out by Freya and left to the officers. Several of the ones with illegally obtained guns tried to open fire, but that proved to be useless. With a shield in front and officers covering her from behind, Freya was safe from those shots. Seeing how futile it was to attack, the more sensible ones began to run into the maze of crates. Seeing the pro-hero go on after them, the criminals began to panic. One of them began to wonder if he was just better off serving burgers at McDolan's.
As Freya hid among the containers to radio the others, one of the more deranged thugs noticed her and began devising a plan to ambush the pro-hero and take her by surprise. With sharp knife in hand, the man inched closer and closer, sticking to the walls and silently trying to creep up on Freya. Though whether or not the thug would go completely unnoticed, or even be able to threaten the heroine at all, remained to be seen.
---
Up above, a certain villain was watching events unfold from the roof of one of the warehouses. Almost like a spectator watching a movie. Except that this was not a movie, and she would not remain a mere spectator for long. It would seem as though she wished to jump in on the fun. But not before scanning the area, observing where the action was. Jumping down, she uses her quirk to create chains.
"I'd better get a damn raise for this." The man operating the crane wished that he had listened to his more cowardly coworker. His buddy seemed paranoid about the whole thing, and decided to bolt, to hell with what the boss said. The man sighed. If he had known that shit was about to go down, then he would have done the same thing. But alas, he was now stuck here as the chaos continued to unfold. Since he had nowhere to go and nothing else to do, he figured that he may as well continue working his job as though things weren't going crazy.
Just as he sighed, wishing that he could go back home to his wife and kids, the crane operator blinked in surprise upon seeing quite the unusual sight. Someone who was using what appeared to be chains used them to grab onto the crane's arm. "What the fu-" The man did not know what to think. This looked like something straight out of a superhero comic or movie. But rather than try to do anything, the man just shrugged, watching Athenia go and swing from the crane to the top of one of the containers. "Shit. Wait till I tell the kids about this." Assuming of course that the man would somehow make it out of here alive.
"What the hell?!" As soon as the sound of chains being dragged across the top of the containers was heard, the nearby officers turned towards the source of the noise. And then they saw Athenia on top of the container. A few were startled, wondering just how the hell she got up there. But the ones who weren't immediately pointed their guns at her. "FREEZE!" Whoever this girl was, the officers were determined to stop her and bring her in should she try anything. However, they would not fire just yet. Instead, they were carefully looking at her, waiting to see if she would start attacking.
---
Not all the criminals here were choosing to fight. Some just wanted to get out of here. To do that, a few came up with an idea. Don't attack the cops at all. Instead, pretend to be among the scared civilians who were in need of rescue. Why fight when one could just use the police to ensure their escape? It wasn't like the cops could tell who was a genuine civilian and who was just faking it, right? It was the perfect plan, surely! For those who either could not get their hands on the illegal products being sold at the auction, got their illegal products lost or stolen from them, or were confident that they could hide their thing(s) without the cops finding anything, this would be they way to fool the cops into letting them get away.
One of these villains pretending to be a civilian was Otome. With how she looked, most people would not be able to tell at a glance that she was more than just an innocent young lady who just so happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Because of this, when several of the scared dock workers noticed her coming, they sighed in relief. "Oh thank god! I thought for a moment that you were one of those awful thugs! I was frightened!" Upon hearing the 'poor girl' speak, one of the civilians smiled sympathetically. "It's all right. Let's just lay low for a bit here. Hopefully the police and heroes will get here soon."
Not all of the dock workers were as trusting. In this situation, it was hard to tell who was friend and who was foe. But as long as Otome did not do or say anything suspicious, they would keep their concerns to themselves. In the meantime, the young male who spoke earlier listened to Otome's next words and sighed. "I overheard some things. There was an auction going on. All kinds of illegal shit being sold. That's why the cops are here now. That's why shit's going crazy."
But before the man could say more, he suddenly heard a loud scream. One of the other workers found himself being impaled with what appeared to be a horn. Coughing out blood, the older man looked down to where he was pierced. "Well... shit..." Straight through the heart. "Shigetsu!" The source of the horn was a large muscular man with an ox for a head and hooves in place of feet. "Aw, look at all of these little worms! If I'm gonna get busted, may as well have some fun before I go down!" Tossing the now dead dock worker aside, the ox man grinned as his eyes fell on Otome. "Well lookie here! How's it going, pretty lady? I wouldn't mind killing some time with you." With that sick smile and the lick of his lips, it was clear that this man's intentions were nothing coming close to good.
"You stay the hell away from her!" The worker knew that there was not much he could do against the ox man. Still, he was not about to let the thug bother the 'innocent' and 'defenseless' young woman. One of the other workers looked at the man in shock. "Matsuda! What do you think you're doing? It's too dangerous!" But Matsuda didn't care. "Please, run! I... I'll hold him off!" Matsuda looked at Otome before facing the ox-headed thug once more. "I won't let you get any closer, scumbag!"
The man grinned. "If you insist, dumbass." He was looking forward to ramming his horn through the worthless little man, and then turning his attention to the sweet innocent girl. Of course, not knowing that Otome wasn't so sweet and innocent.
---
While some villains were trying to lay low to avoid attention from law enforcement, others were laying low to ambush their targets. With how easily distracted most people were in all this chaos, some people would prove to be easy targets. In Ace's case, with the police not being aware of her presence, she would have an easier time stirring up a panic. With a toss of her gas grenade, the officers would quickly find themselves in a hurry to get out of the way of whatever this gas was. They did not know what it was, and they did not wish to find out the hard way.
"EVERYONE, GET BACK! GAS ATTACK!"
Everyone there did their best to back away, not wanting to accidentally breathe the stuff in, or even touch it for that matter. However, with how unexpected the attack was, some of the officers were just a bit too slow to get out of the way in time. One of the more unfortunate ones was a bit too close to where the gas began to spread. His exposed hand was now being eaten away. "AAAAARGH!!!" Seeing just what the gas was doing to the poor officer was enough to make everyone back away as much as possible. One of them noticed the grenade on the floor that had spewed that caustic gas.
"Stay away from the gas! Move out and find whoever threw that!"
As Ace continued to lay low and hidden, she would be able to hear the sounds of the voices of the raid group. It was clear that they were now on high alert, searching for the one who had thrown that grenade. She would be able to hear the screaming of the man whose hand was being burned by the gas. She would be able to hear one of the officers on the radio requesting a medic come in.
But with how frantically the riot group were searching, would Ace continue to successfully avoid detection? Or was it only a matter of time before someone found her hiding place?
tl;dr
Junko: Congrats, you stopped the meat-firing shooter! Now you can go help out anyone else who needs assistance.
Freya: You're about to come under attack. Get ready!
Athenia: You have the attention of the cops. They have guns pointed at you, but haven't fired yet. Depending on your next actions, that may change. Also, you're rather close to the pro-heroes, so have fun with that.
Otome: The civilians are uneasy, but they trust you for now. One of them is trying to protect you from a crazed ox-man. Will you flee, or will you fight?
Ace: Ouch, the cops did not appreciate that sneak attack and are now searching for you. Haven't seen you yet, but they're on edge now. With that, and the pro-heroes being close by, be careful!

Success! Junko managed to disarm and aprehend the criminal villain scum. Although a good officer was injured in the process, luckly he wasnt mortally wounded, so he will survive. He even thanked her and reassured her that he will worry about this guy. Junko appreciated that as that meant she could help the others "Thank you very much. I will go onward. Be careful" Junko told the officer and then left She didnt rush like a madman or like a fool, she was careful of her surroundings. For all she knew there could be death from above or someone could sneak up on her from behind the crates. After all, thats what she did. But then as she went on, it looks like her sneaky stealth idea was being used by villains after all. But it wasnt because someone was sneaking up on her. But on the other pro hero. Junko rushed over before the knife weilding criminal could hurt her partner. She used her Quirk and quickly withdrew her electric whip. She used it to capture and wrap the bad guy with the whip and then slammed them against a crate with the whip. She called out to her partner "Hellhound!"
TLDR(Blue Edition)
~Junko told the officer to be careful
~Proceeded onward carefuly ~Saw someone creeping up on Freya ~Dealt with them ~Called out to Freya, letting her know theres a friendly face

Freya was watching the battle rage on in the distance, with that gas attack earlier she knows that her team will be fine without her. Idiot’s couldn't drink to save their lives but god damn do they know how to deal with gas attacks given their line of work. In the distance she could see a quirk being used, but not too sure on how it works. But that does give her an easy target to take on as she is in plain sight.
However in the midst of her radio’d for any support, she heard a report of another villain being close by. From the reports her team is giving, seems to be something gas related and that is gonna be a hassle to deal with. But as she was thinking of what to do next, she felt a presence near her. She was damn ready to deal with whoever was sneaking up on her but then someone else was way ahead of her.
She turned around to see the goon that was going to sneak up on her on the floor while greeted by a friendly blue face. Seems like she didn't need to radio for anyone when they can just find her just fine. Can’t be too mad, she just saved her the trouble of dealing with another Goon. “Well if it ain’t Blue Agate!”, She greeted back with gusto. “Seems like I owe ya one for that, but there's more pressing matters to deal with..”, as she turned on her radio again to hear more reports on the cause of the gas attack. They were nearby and her team was on high alert as well due to the damage it can do.”There's a villain about to assault the attack team near the crane and there's a villain hiding nearby who just gas another team,'' she explained to Blue Agate as she prepped up her shield on her left arm and activated her quirk on her feet and hands engulfing them in fire.
“I’ll leave the cause of the Gas to you, gas means trouble for me...I’m aiming for the one in the distance. Keep in contact and stay safe ...”She said as preparing herself but before she went off she said one more thing.”..also if you find the gas bastard, beat them down for me…” She said to her ally as she handed her an extra gas mask she had on her. She looked towards the crates and used her quirk to quickly jet herself towards the villain in plain sight. Mid flight, she was preparing to hit the criminal with an ignited kick.
“Hellhound to Unit near the Crane, the cavalry is here !”she said over the radio as she was readying her hit

Things began to look more chaotic by the minute, as the battle between heroes and villains continued. The smell of excitement creeped about, and athenia didn't want to keep her customers on hold. When she made her appearance, she made sure to attract some attention to her. Standing on top of the containers, and below her was a group of well armed cops. They didn't hesitate to pull out their guns, and tried to point them at her. She had a disappointed look on her face, and she expressed it very well enough for the cops to know that she isn't happy with the way they had greeted the young woman. However, they didn't immediately fire, which was somewhat a relief. It gave her enough time to react, if she wishes. Athenia didn't want to get hit by raging bullets, even though she could defend herself with her trusty chains forged from the substance of mother Earth.
Athenia was ready to say hello, by jumping in the group of men, and take one of them as a shield if they shoot the moment she took action. Once she had decided to do just that, the sound of flames jetting through the air made her stop in her tracks, there was a woman ignited with flames. it looked as though she was aiming to kick athenia off of the container. Is that her attempt for a heroic entrance? The action that the woman took could be seen from the corner of athenia's eyes, as she was focused on two things at once now.
She wasn't in place for a perfect counter attack, and with little time to dodge her kick. Athenia simply prepared herself once the kick was close enough, she would grab ahold of the pro heroes foot, and take her to wherever the kick would fly towards. Bringing the pro hero with her, whether on the side of a building, the ground, or the crane that she came from. Whatever the result was, she would have to wait and see. Her hands were placed and her chains protecting her arms in case she were to get any burns, ready to catch her kick. Leaving the cops with plenty of room to do whatever they were planning to do.
---------------- Tldr:
Athenia looked to freyas way Athenia came prepared to take freyas kick, but without taking freya with her to the ground Her chains covered her arm for protection, decreasing the kicks impact and reducing further damage. Quirk: E Damage: E Range: E Durability: E

Otome❖Kurokami ❝It's not always what it seems❞
Illegal things being sold in an auction was nothing new. That was precisely what most of them were here for. The cops knowing about it all along however was disappointing. Just a few hours ago she was a bit impressed that some could set up this whole event but it appears they weren't really so thorough. Maintaining a bit of skepticism was the prudent thing to do after all. Well, none of that was her problem now as far as she was concerned. If the cops do their job well then all the better, though it would be amusing to see how many of them go down in the process. "So it really was a gathering of bad eggs. I was kind of tempted with money to be someone's date on a party on the ship. But I don't know where they are now. They didn't really tell me anything else and the pay was good. I should have known better."She figured she ought to explain herself a bit and that was as plausible a story as any. Besides if someone came asking around she needed others to backup her story for her. She put away her thermos as she felt the loud noises in the distance were drawing closer. Something was telling her their location wasn't going to be safe for long and so they needed to be ready to leave anytime. Her intuition however was a moment too late. A loud scream would surprise everyone present, but probably not as much as the bloodied horn sticking out of one of the workers' chests. Someone troublesome decided to show up after all. His threats were horribly cliche. A villain who has given up and just wants to cause a lot of chaos before going down wasn't worth much in her eyes. That didn't mean he was weak however. These workers didn't stand much of a chance fighting someone like him. There were at least a few of them who were quite ballsy however, choosing to play hero. In Otome's eyes they hadn't outlived their usefulness just yet. After all they were still alive and decent enough meat shields. Now it wouldn't be good if all of the workers got wiped out there. However she had no intention of playing hero. There were plenty of pawns at work all around them. In this case she figured it might be best to let the chaos work in their favor. She grabbed the arm of the worker closest to her and spoke. "If the cops are here then we should go get help! It won't do us any good if we just stick around here!"Basically appealing with logic before anyone got too emotional. But that was just phase one. The next was introducing a bit of chaos. She had every intention of following up with what she just said so when they broke into a run, she would do her best to shout for assistance. "HELP! HELP US! WE'RE BEING CHASED BY A VILLAIN!!!"She headed westward as there was a high chance that cops and heroes present were close or on the way to the ship and tracks. If the other workers were running with her, she would try and inconspicuously position herself so that they were between her and the villain coming after them. Between that and trying to draw cops and heroes to her location, she had a pretty good feeling things would turn out interesting. tl;dr Shared a little story on why she was there Tried to convince the other workers to run Shout for help to try and draw cops and heroes to their location while running away to the west Stats: Quirk (Strength/Durability/Regeneration) E, Range F, Mobility F

Ace watched the cops scramble for their life after she threw the grenade at them and the gas started crawling its way to them, with some unfortunate souls being unlucky enough for them to even have their skin beginning to get eaten away by the caustic gas. Though, to ace's surprise, it was not lethal enough that it truly affected them at all. Though, it did seem to rile them all up which was at least something. Though, their hastily rush to find her would be their biggest demise.
In their position, there were only two ways in or out as they were sandwiched between two cargo boxes. This let her do something diabolical, she tossed the grenades with pinpoint accuracy thanks to her years of being on the baseball team and the gas splattered and cut off the escape routes for the cops and bloodhounds from being able to escape. The best part? she had five more grenades and she chucked one in the middle in order to stomp out the trapped mice. With nowhere to go but up or into the gas, they would get touched by it even if some of them were smart enough to have a grapple of some sort. Sure, they had gas masks and some protection, but the filter on gas masks usually only helped against a certain type of gas. fire's smoke having a certain thickness and vice-versa for other types of gas and her gas was a one of a kind, it was almost a guarantee their masks could not filter out her gas and it would bypass the filters for them to meet a suprised demise. She did not notice the blue woman rushing over to come and stop Ace yet, ace having her guard down as she was still hidden on top of the cargo boxes.
Tldr:
Watched them look for her frantically
Traps them with gas as Fargo boxes were on both of their sides then gases them directly. Fairly certain their gas mask won't be able to filter her unique gas.
Is unaware of blue hero coming.

The loud sound of the ship's horn blared throughout the area. Several people were startled by the sudden and unexpected sound. Just what was going on over there? Hopefully nothing to worry about, right? --- The deranged thug grinned as he inched closer and closer to Freya. This was going to be too easy! Just one little ambush. What could go wrong? Well for this man, everything. With how much he was focusing on Freya, he failed to notice Junko approaching him. With her electric whip, taking this guy down proved to be no challenge at all. As soon as the whip had wrapped around and bound him, it was all over. After hitting the crate, the thug groaned. Having dropped his knife and not being able to go retrieve it, he knew he was busted. And sure enough, a few of the nearby officers noticed the man and ran over to take him away. The two heroes had met up, but it seemed as though they would not stay together for long. Junko would investigate the source of the gas that was causing trouble for the other unit while being given a spare gas mask, while Freya would go fight off the chain villain that had appeared near the crane. --- Speaking of chain villain, Athenia seemed ready to jump straight into action, readying herself to use one of the hesitant police officers as a meat shield. However, that plan was interrupted by the sudden appearance of Hellhound and her incoming flying kick. With how fast it came, Athenia did not have time to avoid it, and so chose to protect herself and brace for impact. Despite having avoided the worst of the attack, she was knocked off of the crate she was standing on top of and fell down to the floor. Fortunately for her, the crate was not too tall, so the fall would not cause a serious injury. Unfortunately, Freya was hot on her tail. A battle was inevitable now. The nearby officers began to rush in to where the two women were. One of the officers stared in awe, being amazed by the heroine's impressive attack. Only to be scolded by his partner to not just stand there like an idiot doing nothing. He had a job to do! Apologizing, the officer went with the others towards the scene. None of them wanted to get too close, however. Not just because they wanted to give Freya some space so she would not need to worry about one of the officers getting caught in the crossfire, but also because they did not know the full extent of Athenia's abilities. Carelessness could cause an unnecessary death or several. Better to play it safe for now. So for the moment, the cops would just observe the battle between the heroine and the villain. Not getting in the way, but also preparing to join in if Hellhound needed the assistance. --- Listening to Otome, it seemed that the few civilians who did not trust her as much were beginning to slowly warm up to the idea that maybe she really was just an innocent girl. Someone who just had the terrible misfortune to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Still, a few were just paranoid. One could never be too careful. Anything could go wrong. Speaking of misfortune and things going wrong, the ox man snorted as he saw Otome try to convince the others to run. "Oh, running away, are we?" He then smiled. "Good, I love me a good chase! It makes the capture at the end all the more worth it." One of the civilians nodded at the girl's suggestion. "Yeah! Surely the cops can save us, right?"Matsuda then yelled out to everyone else. "Go now! I'll hold this asshole off for as long as I..." But then the ox man just rammed his horn through the poor guy's face, impaling and killing him pretty much instantly. "Look at that. All bark and no bite. Pathetic."At least the man's sacrifice wasn't in vain. Except for the one guy who screamed and vomited upon seeing such a gory death of his coworker (and who was the next to get killed), everyone else began to run away. With such a head start, the ox man would not be able to catch up to them so soon. However, the man was fast, and upon hearing Otome shout for help, he began to move faster. Pretty soon, he was beginning to catch up... Only to stop in his tracks upon seeing two police officers running towards him, yelling at him to freeze. "Like hell I will!"As the fight broke out, a third officer approached Otome and the civilians. "Are all of you alright?" He then turned to Otome. "Could you tell me what happened, ma'am?"The civilians were beginning to shiver. Out of fear, of course. Or perhaps it was due to the steadily decreasing temperature of the area. But that was weird. It wasn't this cold earlier! Just what could this mean? --- For the police who were dealing with this accursed gas, things were looking worse for them. More gas was coming, and the officers were trapped with nowhere safe to escape to. One of the braver officers did not even bother trying to move. Instead, she kept an eye out for where the gas was being thrown from. It was not like she wanted to sacrifice herself, but if she could pinpoint the location of the villain that threw those grenades, then regardless of what happened to her, then at least her comrades would be able to find and take down the perpetrator. The others did their best to maintain their composure and figure out a way out while minimizing their exposure to the gas. One of the officers radioed the others, requesting backup and a medic team to treat those who were succumbing to the effects of the gas. However, the officer also warned to exercise caution when approaching. The last thing he wanted was for the medics to become a target for the villain. Fortunately for him, there was already a pro-hero on her way. And unfortunately for Ace, Blue Agate's approach would come as a surprise if she continued to keep her focus on the officers. However, Blue Agate was not the only one coming.... --- "This is such a mess." "Why did we have to end up here of all places?"Two voices spoke, one in a low-pitched almost demonic growl, and the other in a high-pitched squeal. But both voices came from a singular body. A masked man. He and two masked assistants of his were hiding out behind one of the containers, observing their immediate surroundings. The three were actually doctors, though their main profession lay outside of the jurisdiction of the law. "Dr. Feelgood, I think I see gas over there. And... and those are officers!"The masked man sighed. He was not a fan of the law. He trusted neither the police nor pro-heroes. Still, he despised villains far more, and was more than glad to find ways of screwing them over. Besides, it was his duty as a doctor to treat any and all patients. Even if they were servants of the corrupt government. "Fine, we shall go over to them." "Make sure the path is clear. We would rather no one get in our way." After hearing from the female assistant that the coast was clear at the moment, he turned to his other assistant. "Bring our supplies." "From the looks of it, that gas is nasty."The other assistant nodded. "Right away, sir!" Grabbing the briefcase, the masked assistant carried it with him as he and his coworker followed their boss to the scene. "If things get too nasty, we're out of here." "These cops had better be grateful that we're risking our necks for them." The masked doctor let out a sigh before moving closer, hiding behind a crate and watching, waiting for an opportunity to move in and treat the injured.
tl;dr: - Junko: You took out another small fry! But now it's time to go after the big fish! Go find the source of the gas! - Freya and Athenia: FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT! Don't worry about the officers just yet. They're staying out of the way, so for now, this is just a 1v1. - Otome: RIP those two civilians. At least you and the remaining ones found the police. Otome, you're being questioned on what happened. Also, it's getting a little chilly in here... - Ace: You have officers trying to find you, a pro-hero who's heading straight to your location, and now a mysterious masked doctor shows up to try to help the people you hurt. At least you're still hidden, but not for much longer.... Dr. Feelgood's stats: Quirk: ? - C (Stamina, Durability, Regeneration)
Combat Abilities: Healing - E Strength - F Martial Arts - F
Specialist Abilities: ? (Wealth) - D Medical Knowledge - E
As you can see, you can definitely fight him if you want to, but he is quite resilient.
Don't worry about his two assistants. They're just carrying his things and can be treated as fodder G rank.

Junko was nearing her target. And by her observation. It seemed her attacks were gas themed.... Perhaps a Quirker with some toxic gas? Or it could be a chemist who makes biohazardly chemical grenades. Junko was not certain. What was certain was that this person did not notice Junko as her back was turned to the blue hero. The target was also focused on attacking cops that the girl failed to notice Junko. Which was perfect.
The blue hero would start to quietly climb the cargo boxes to get to the villanous target. One she got close enough, if she went unnoticed, Junko would attempt to disarm the target. If that action was successful, Junko would reach for the back of her head to use her quirk to pull out handcuffs, to handcuff the gas villain. Although, if Junko did fail to disarm the gas villain. She would quickly kick the woman off of the cargo boxes so she can fall in her deadly gas, as Junko wouldnt want to be attacked at point blank with this unknown substance. Besides, with any luck then the girl would just fall of the cargo boxes and be unconcious. Either way it would be a win win for Junko
TLDR -Junko sneaks over to Ace -Quietly climbs cargo boxes to approach Ace from behind -Scenario 1: Junko disarms Ace (and attempts to handcuff her) -Scenario 2: Junko does not disarm Ace (but kicks her off the cargo box)

HIT!
Freya smiled as she successfully knocked the villain off the container and attention is now on her. From what she can faintly hear, more officers came by to get the two who were being attacked. Fantastic news if it weren't for the fact that there is a villain in front of her and her urge to fight is at an all time high. Downside, the suspect dragged her along for the ride as she knocked her down. Finding herself a distance away from the group.
“All units, I have engaged one of the suspects. Suspect appears to use chains as a form of attack.Standby for containment, catch the stranglers in the meantime. Hellhound out.”Freya said over the radio as she sized up her opponent. The suspect can’t a few years younger than her from what she could tell but since she is here at this location, talking her down is not an option.
However she is at a minor disadvantage because she doesn't know the full extent of a villains quirk.Obvious at first glance but in this profession, damn near every quirk out there has look alike in some form or another. She saw the attack coming and guarded against it via wrapped her arms. So she can manipulate chains which is an obvious point but to what extent? What is her range and what else can she do?Too many factors to consider and not enough time to plan, so she will have to make a solution on the fly
Freya takes a battle stance with shield at the helm. She considers a few options on doing this and the officers nearby are far enough already so she has more wiggle room. But straying too far from backup is going to be bad idea. She doesn't know who else is hiding around here and she doesn't want to find out. But taking her out as quickly as possible is going to be her top priority. She can’t waste time with her any longer than she needs due to the number of criminals in the area.
She quickly activates her quirk and jets herself at the villain with her shield in front of her. If she makes contact, she is going to keep going and slammed her into a nearby container and pin her there. If she misses, she would quickly use her free hand to change her trajectory mid and go into a burning left kick at the assailant. Hopefully knocking her sideways and into a container. She is in the middle of a mission and relishing combat can be saved for later. --------------------- TLDR: -Landed on her feet as she was dragged down by knocked down Athenia. -Radios the officers to stay on standby as she deals with the target. -Quickly thinks up a few plans on how to take her down. -Scenario 1 (She hits): She lands the shield bash and aims to slam Athenia into one of the containers behind the suspect -Scenario 2 (She misses): She quickly changes her trajectory with a quick jet of fire from her right hand and uses the momentum into a burning left kick that will hopefully land on Athenia -She remains cautious as anything could happen. ---------------------- Quirk: E -Speed-E -Flight/Agility-E -Fire/Strength-E Afterburner:F Durability:F
