APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
His prosthetic eye is covered by his white hair. His real eye on the other hand has green colour which can only be described as unearthly. While he's not too pale, his skin colour is still considered too white when compared to other people.
He always have cigar on his mouth, just like some sort of accessory . He doesnt get the smoke to his lungs, it's crafted especially to repel any paranormal entity while at the same time it let him use his quirk easily.
His body is not athletic but it's still fit enough that he doesnt get tired easily. All thanks to his family's never ending training routine. He likes wearing casual clothes no matter what place or situation he's in.
He always carries a kusuri dansu on his back. Traditional Japanese medicine backpack. He carries his medicines and various esoteric/paranormal equipments in this medicine chest. Only reason he started carrying it because he wanted to help people as best as he can, thinking if someone know how to heal his sister she might stayed alive. He doesnt care belittling or curious eyes as he wander the streets with that backpack but he only wear it when he goes to missions.

Personality:
Due to his upbringing Nobuyuki is a strict person. While he likes hanging out few people who he acknowledge as friend, he’s always suspicious of individuals he doesnt know. In his mind everyone can be spy of Kamiya family so he’s always on his guard.
Even though he left the legacy of his family, he didnt abandoned being Onmyoji.
Because this was something connected him to his sister he’s always eager to listen paranormal cases or join various religious rituals.
Nobuyuki is obsessed with his sister and her killer. He thinks that he have to become better so he can avenge his sister, and protect many others that can meet similar fate. Also because his sister was killed by Villain he has a strong hate towards villains.

HISTORY
Nobuyuki was born to Kamiya family. His family was created in Edo Period and they were noble family of Onmyodo which served many daimyo’s in secret. Onmyodo was esoteric teachings of Buddhist and Shinto religions and Kamiya family specialised in performing exorcism. They were performing exorcism to get rid of Yokai’s which had many different names according to region they belong. In West they were called demons, in some old Japan folklore there were people who called them mushi. Since he was a child Nobuyuki practiced Onmyodo to become Onmyoji in the future with his older sister.
Just like him his sister, Otsu, too had a white hair but unlike Nobuyuki, his sister was missing her left eye. This was the hereditary thing in Kamiya family, “those who dwell with Yokai’s ought to lose some of their humanity and turn to one of them” His grandmother said to him once. His sister was role model for him. He always thought they were two part of one existence.
His quirk talents showed up when he was only 10 years old. Seeing he was talented on creating smoke puppets his family became even more strict on him to utilise this ability to their best. He was afterall son of a noble family. He had to be the best in what he’s doing. But only thing Nobuyuki really cared about was spending time with his sister and playing around. For that reason he always cursed his family legacy for not giving him any chance to choose.
When he became 20, his sister was send for a mission on faraway village. Supposedly there were some “evil spirits” on mountains of village and Kamiya family was summoned to get rid of it. For Nobuyuki ’s sister Otsu that would be quite an easy mission. Those “evil spirits” were usually nothing more than illusions created by common folks. But sadly this time it was different. After 10 days, they heard that “evil spirit” was actually a Villain and Otsu was killed in a fight against her. This accident became the turning point of his life. His family was ashamed of the outcome and didnt recognized Otsu as their daughter for her funeral. Nobuyuki in full of hatred he abandoned his family and their legacy. By using his sister's connections and reputation he managed to contact one of the Cabinet members who agreed to make him a Pro Hero for the sake of his deceased sister. After that his goal became to make his family regret not recognizing Otsu, his beloves sister. And caught that Villain who killed his sister.
